Studio newbie needs hep :(

I can use studio fine, but the shader builder and shader mixer have me at a loss.
I am trying to make glitter shaders for a dress I have made.
I need some really simple tuts that I can follow. Or someone point me to some glitter shaders that I can play with and learn from.

I can't remember where it was, but there was also a document shader_mixer_brick_docs.pdf that lists the various bricks and brief descriptions of them.
