    Thanks Sven...

that HDRI gets used a lot as it really works well..some of the others just don't seem to fit as nicely with the environment sphere, views are either too constricted or warped

Yup I agree, it's a nice HDRI. There are a couple of new ones at Haven, look promising. Will have to get and test them;) IBLM seems to be less forgiving than aweEnvironment for some reason, when it comes to scaling and moving the sphere around.

I'll have to experiment more with AWE,

I remember those!  I used to draw those, I liked the shape and the tail lights.

Has anyone noticed that Toyota started making the Supra again?  Can't remember if I commented about this here yet.  I saw one last week at the dealership.  It has an 8 speed transmission with shift paddles.  What are those?  Something mounted on the steering wheel?  I didn't want to look at it too much...I might drool.   blush  Way out of my price range, anyway...my price range is, look but don't touch.

Looking at the specs on the Toyota site,  it says the tranny is an 8-speed automatic.. So the paddle shifters would be mounted onthe steering wheel to allow you to shift the tranny manually - much like a lot of todays automatics that have a spoirt or manual mode..

My Camry XLE is an automatic, but I downshift with it to keep the speed down when going down hills.  I do that a lot up in New Hampshire, where the mountain roads sometimes have a 40mph limit, which is easily overrun just by coasting.  Helps keep down wear on the brakes.  Most kids today don't even know what I'm talking about when I say downshift.  laugh

As I remember, white was a very popular color for those, or at least, a very common color.  I do remember that shade of blue though, or one very close.

Where did it come from if you don't mind my asking

  • hacsarthacsart Posts: 2,024

Vanship from a Japanese fantasy series.. Found it as a freebie..

  • Did it come with the textures?

I found the model on obj but it doesn't have any textures listed in the folder

  • hacsarthacsart Posts: 2,024

No textures came with it.. Had to explode the OBJ to get material zones, the textures are done in DAZ ..
