Cannot Load DreamH Home:MasterBedroom

I cannot load Dream Home: Master Bedroom into DS 4.6 (http://www.daz3d.com/dream-home-master-bedroom).
When I try using either DH_MDB.cr2 or DH_MDB.ds, I get: "This action requires an item within the scene to be selected". I re-downloaded and installed the product using Install Manager. Can someone help me, please?

    I can't get it to load from the Daz file either......the cr2 does work but to find it I had to change my view circled in red....see if that helps you...Trish

    There should be DAZ Studio materials presets in a separate zip. Load the Poser figure, then apply the DAZ Studio materials to that (you are getting the error because you are trying to apply the materials with no target item selected).
