3djoli's Toy Train is missing a file. How can I let him\her know ?

The file 3djBox is missing And I also get random errors on a missing 3djBallast.

This is a product sold here at DAZ3D.com so the link I put here should be ok.

I am using this train set and I would love to have that missing one or two files soon.

    Yep I already did that and have not heard back so I thought I would see if I could attract 3djoli's attention in this forum.

    Some PAs do not frequent the forums, so the support ticket is your best bet.
