Help with a DS3A re-install question please:)

Ok I have a question that may seem silly. But when you install DS3A it also asks where to install the content-I’m assuming that’s the main content folder). I was wondering since I’m totally re-installing my DS3A- can I install the program on my main C:drive & put the main content folder in my Documents folder on my main drive? I’m wanting to use my DIM to install my base models & morphs to my DS3A but I can’t use DIM on my C:drive program folder. I’m a have my DS lights & shaders & everything that needs to be in main folder here.I’m trying to fix a glitchy power loader so figured do a total redo.

You can put your content wherever you like, within reason. DS3 should default to \DAZ 3D\Studio 3\Content in your Documents folder on a clean install. You can either tell it to use the \My DAZ 3DLibrary in Public Documents that DIM uses or you can tell DIM to use the folder you specify in the DS3 installation.

Thankies:) I was always told that the base models & morphs had to be inside program & that shaders had to be in there too. So I figured ask & be safe lol.
