Why are certain shaping regions not available? (New to this)

So basically I've been fooling around with Daz Studio 4.6 Pro and i noticed that on the Genesis 2 Base Female character i can change all aspects of the chest region but not hip,glutes and some other features. So i purchased the V4 and M4 only to find out that the chest region can't be changed like in the Genesis 2 base Female but it did have the other shaping features i wanted. Is there anyway i can meld the two or get the chest shaping feature available on the V4 model?

From what I've read from the tutorials i can't find anything on this.

There are quite a few morphing packs that you can buy from the store, or you could create your own morphs by using Daz's deformers and saving them as morphs. There's also the more advanced workflow of exporting the Gen 2 fem obj, tweaking the model in your favorite 3D app, and loading it back into Daz as a morph.
