I have posted several messages to sales support for a week or so using the support system, but no reply.

I have bought some items and software on DAZ web site and had issues with a few of the items that I bought.
A few are not compatible with Carrara 8 at all.
I sent them about 4 messages so far in the past 10 days and no response.
Maybe it is the support system problem that was reported in the forum.

Check ur support tickets too, as some have been closed and marked 'resolved' even when they are not.

I have the same problem, with items bought, but impossible to downlod... the wood shader pack for carrara, for example... I've posted tickets, but no answer, nothing... very frustrating!...
If they are showing up in your itemized order history, just reset them and they should work and be able to download..
