I can see your new poze controll dsf file have no formula.
Actually ERC was not saved in the file.

but I test beta version, then it work without problem,,,
I hope to know, how you plan to make new poze controller?

that means, eg,

you make new property as Controller = CtrlForearmBendL
Forearm Bend left have one sub component.(most simple case,, )
left forearm bend (YRotate) property?

usually when use ERC freeze, you may need to choose,

1. select property as controller which you have already ,then choose subcomponent properties which you hope to link with the controller.

2 make new proeprty as controlelr, then choose subcomponent linked which you hope to link with the controller.

about both case, you need only save the "controller" porperty as morph, no need to re-save "sub components"
without you made new sub-component property too. or you made morph for re-shape ?

About ERC freeze, formula not be recorded (saved) in sub-component files. sub components files will not be modifled.
formula only recorded in Controller file which you select (or you made new) I believe.

then did you check ERC in parameter tab, and hieralchy pane before save as the morph?
it worked correctly?
