Can't use animations in Daz keeps giving me an error

I have only used this product for maybe like 5 days so i don't think the animate trail expired. But everytime i try and use the animations in Daz it gives me this error.

An error occurred while reading the file see log for more details.

This is what the log says:

    Go to Help>About Installed Plug-ins. Is AniMate listed? If it is, when you highlight it what is its status (look at the bottom of the dialogue)?

    Yes Animate2 is listed and its' status is disabled. I tried entering my DAZ pro cd key and it says i need to restart DAZ for the changes to take effect. I exited DAZ studio and opened it again but still no change, I even tried restarting my computer. I then tried to register DAZ and entered my CD key the tick on the right side turns orange and i click ok and still nothing changes. Is their something that I am missing?

    AutoFit's serial number is not the DS serial number, I suspect you may have broken it by entering the wrong code as it now has an invalid value isntead of none (which would have given you a thirty day trial and the Lite version thereafter). At this point I think you need to open a support ticket with Technical Support.

    Yep. Entering any serial key except an AniMate2 key will fully disable the plugin.
