https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-long-hoodie-for-genesis-8-females can be fitted to G8M. Not a vest, but maybe you can use geometry editor to remove or hide the parts, while using another vest from a kit bash?

The new https://www.daz3d.com/windwalker-outfit-for-genesis-8-males has a hood, and sleeves you can hide, but, since it's not an item for females, you can't open it.

I already own the usual hooded sweatshirt, just I would like to give some new ideas of style.

 

For example Winter Snow Outfit would be interesting if there was a hood and it was opened like Nomad outfit.
