If you do a search for "sword poses", you'll see poses for male characters, as well.  The Legend is an armour set for females, and those poses are meant to complement it.  You can cross-gender poses, but a few minor adjustments may be necessary.

@Xavierator poses between male and female characters (of the same generation) work well, with minor adjustments to compensate for size differences. Try it and see for yourself

I've used that set and many others that say they are for 'male or female' one the opposite genders, rarely a problem, unless you've over morphed a figure.

I only see poses for old genesis versions.
