Editing content base path for bad links

I have discovered that some of my content is linked to an invalid path. I can search for an item in the Content Library and see a missing image (and sometimes a yellow triangle warning sign). I discovered that I can right-click then choose Database > Edit Base Path and manually change the path to the correct path for the content.
This likely occurred due to my not knowing how to set up the Install Manager correctly.
Things seem to work now but I believe I have some amount of content not properly linked.
Is there a way to identify and fix bad links in the database (without having to go through one at a time)?
Thanks in advance,
Stuart

Can you post more detailed error messages? Screenshots?
Please see attached PDF which shows issue in four images.
You can post images directly to the forum...
Use the "Post Reply" button instead of "Fast Reply" and underneath, in the Attachments, just browse to the images...things like PDFs don't come through.
There are four images. Not sure if they'll come through in the right order.
Post a screenshot of your Content Directory Manager settings (Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager)...expand both DS and Poser formats to show the full tree.
The paths here look to be correct. New content works fine.
There are some items in my content library, however, that aren't pointing to these paths. As I mentioned, I can redirect these manually but am wondering if there is a way to identify and correct all content that is pointed to the wrong place.
The 'official' way, since Windows Vista (or Win7, not quite sure when MS forced that change) is NOT to have content in Program Files.
Now there are two easy ways of doing this...one is to simply click on New and add the path to the content in Program Files.
The other, and more 'official' way...move the content from Program Files and merge it with content in your current Users folder. Then if you are manually installing any old exe installers, point them to the User\My Docs....folder, in the future.
