What re-released for Genesis products other than MFD contain reduced morphs?

That is to say, I've read that the MFD for Genesis possesses fewer movement morphs than the V4 MFD, and thus one would want to get both and use the Sickle Rigging and Morphing System to transfer the morphs from the V4 to Genesis MFD.

Are there any other such products updated for Genesis that were originally for Gen 4 characters?

Also, unrelated, but do Gia's textures accent her muscles at all? Because I've wanted to get a V5 texture set accenting musculature and haven't found such a product so far.
