G8M to G8F Clothing converter

I'm working on a picture that has a Genesis 8 Female figure wearing a Genesis 8 Male suit. (Think Annie Lennox in the video for "Sweet Dreams Are Made of These", but the actual reference is a craft beer label.) Are there converters that will "tailor" male clothes to form fit the female figure better?
