Animal World Bear Discount Coupon

So I'm rounding out my collection of RawArt animal world morphs/textures, and I see this in the description of Animal World Bear:

"Purchase Dog World Bundle and receive a coupon good for an additional 10% off Animal World Bear. Coupon code : 10offAWBear will be placed into your available coupons after purchase of Dog World Bundle."

Naturally I purchased the Dog World Bundle, using my 50% off discount for purchasing the new item of the day (A discount I could have gotten off the Animal World Bear set if I'd bought them together), but the coupon code is invalid...

Anybody know what's what?

    As this is quite an old product (2010) it looks as though the offer should have been removed as it is no longer current.. I shall report this.

    That occurred to me, but it hasn't been removed, hence my sacrificing the 50% off for the $10 off..

    There are a lot of products in the store that still have old offers in their descriptions. I run across them all of the time.

    Seems a strange thing to do, Not use a 50% off discount in order to get a 10% discount, had it been current

    Read again, not 10%, $10.. 50% off of 14.95 is less than $10.. it was my mistake, but in that light it makes sense..

    Since the change over to the new store software, the adding of coupon codes to your account has pretty much ended. If they are sending to a select group, they still seem to come in emails. The blanket ones either show up in the ticker or in the new site message/banner.

    SOP now is you have to have everything in your cart at the same time. Coupon codes are usually applied on the cart page.

    I think he's referring to the $10 off coupon for an order of $50 or more that's currently being offered. He thought he could take advantage of that, then use the 10% off coupon to get Animal World Bear too.
