Underwater Cave?

I am wondering if there is a cave that has underwater access for someone to escape?  Or any underwater cave for that matter?

For any other cave, you can always raise the water level to flood the cave or create an underwater area for characters to dive under.

I also cheated in my book, by using a pond and once I show a cave as the setting and the characters submerge, I switched to the pond set. You can also raise and water level and use underwater products or just use a volume of water. Many water products have an oval or square block of water. That kind of stuff is tilted toward kit-bashing, but maybe someone else has a straight product that meets your EXACT desires.
