Shrink wrap clothing fix?

I was wondering if there is a way to fix the shrink wrap effect on breasts when using Genesis. It doesn't seem to matter whether it is V4 to genesis or clothing originally for Genesis, the clothing doesn't span over the curves, it instead wraps around the shape like it's painted on.

I am wondering whether I'm doing something wrong, or if there is a way to make the clothing fit more realistically.

UPDATE: Found it! I had searched everything I could think of, and never thought of Cleavage modifier....anyways, if you came here with the same problem the fix is below. Good day!
