M4 bone problems during 3DXchange to iClone

Hi there. Still new and eager to learn more about daz3D. I have been stumped by this rigging problem and can't seem to find an answer myself, so I thought I should ask the DAZ3D experts here for help.

I'm using DAZ 3D Michael 4. My plan is to export him to iClone 5 by using 3DXchange 5.5. But during export I have encountered some problem. The spine in M4 seemed to be disconnected from the hip bone. Please see the attached image.

In Reallusion 3DXchange tutorials, I read that it happened because the provided rigging preset (daz3D_Genesis rigging preset) didn't match M4's rigging.

I have to use M4. Is there any solution for this back ache?

search the Reallusion forum, some people have made retargeting presets for other figures
otherwise you just have to do it manually which I do for most non-genesis figures and animals

Thank you very much for the offer, but as you suggested, I searched the Reallusion forums and found the answer to my problem. Many thanks! :D

    one post I found
I manually do M4 and he works but find I pretty much have to do that each time
I do start from the genesis preset then change the neck spine bones
Genesis is so much easier, can wear his clothes and textures and lower poly
