Itemizied order history list missing from my account [Solved]

I have been away from Daz for awhile almost a year but recently downloaded and installed Daz 4.6 pro.I have alot of my content burned to DVDs so retrieving it and installing it to Daz 4.6 wasnt a problem.What Im puzzled over is in my account I no longer have an itemized order history list,has this been removed or am I just missing something.There alot of content I want to reload but not sure how to do it without an itemized order history list Couldnt find much in forums concerning this and any answer or explanation would be appreciated.

    Click on your account button in the top right hand corner of the page. That takes you to your account dashboard.

    Along the top line of that you will see

    Account Dashboard
    Account Information
    Product Library
    My Orders
    My Wishlist
    My Serial Numbers
    Platinum Club
    Messages
    Gallery
    More...

    Click on Product library and you will find your account history. Downloads are immediately available from there. It can be searched by entering part of the product name in the field and clicking "filter" or you can sort it by name or by purchase date.

    Thanks for that Chohole, yes I saw the Product Library, but I was hoping to reload Gen3 And Gen4 stuff that I had downloaded or purchased in earlier versions of Daz Studio, is this no longer possible? Thanks for the help!

    Just a thought, as I don;t know which browser you are using and what your security settings are:
    For the product library to show that list, "ajax.googleapis.com" needs to be enabled. Other parts of the daz site may require other scripts to be enabled to be fully functional......

    You should still have everything that you purchased in there. They may say (Inactive) next to them, but you can still download them

    Hi wscoolridge, when you were in the Product Library, did you use the Filter system? IOW, there is an input field below the Product Library page title with 2 buttons next to it to Filter and Clear the list. I just tried V3, V4, M3 and M4 and each gave me a list of all of the products for each of those characters. I didn't try Aiko, Freak or any of the other Gen3 and Gen4 characters, but I'm sure they would give me the same type of list for each of those as well.

    That said, I don't know if there's a way to put them all in one filter so you get them all at once, and I can't guarantee what size list you would get if it were possible.

    Thanks for the info Miss B, but no luck. Tried V3 And V4 with filters with no sucess. Is this just for items I purchased or anything that I downloaded through the itemized history list. Or do I need a certain browser to view this as suggested earlier by glaseye2. Currently using IE9 with default security settings.I know for a fact that Ive purchased various V3 and V4 items. Thanks again!

    Try using Victoria 3 as the filter as not everything used 'V3' in the name.

    Yes, finally figured out the problem,It seems I have 2 accounts with different email addresses.login in on my previous account email address, went to Product Library and shazam everything I ever downloaded from day1 was there.Excellent! Now if someone could advise me about how to remove the orphan account then I will proceed to burn up my 5 gb allowance for the month! Cheers

    So the one you want removed is the first name you posted in? we can get rid of that one for you if that is the one you want removed, but only from the forum. You would need to contact Sales, using a help ticket to get the store account removed.

    Yes Chohole please proceed with removing the the first name I posted with and I will contact Sales and have them remove the store account in the mean time, thanks again for your help. Greatly appreciated!

    Good point Vaskania, 3dandme would need to use both forms for each character. I just did a quick test to see what happened.
