Genesis Clothing fix for breasts?

I've seen this posted before but I can't remember where. Is there a way to make it so the shirts and tops on genesis females don't unnaturally stick in a shrinkwrap manner? This happens when using a lot of generation 4 clothes on genesis, but also on some genesis tops like the Realfeel Pullover. Any suggestions?

I just created a moph for the G1F form that turns the breasts into a unibreast with no cleavage. then I reversed out the morph into the basic Genesis form and saved it as a utility morph. Then when I make an outfit I apply the morph to the top and save it as a morph for the clothing. Unfortunately it only works perfectly for the G1F shape so if your female shape strays too much from that it becomes less effective.
