DIM not working

I have been trying to install a variety of things, but everything fails. I can download fine, and it tries to install, but then I get a message that the install failed. I have the latest version. One new thing is that this is a new 64bit computer. Does it just not work with 64bit?

    It should work fine on 64-bit.. What OS? Can you try an install and post what's at the bottom of the log file (gear icon in the upper right for settings, then click 'Show Log" in the lower left)?
