Dreamlight LDP-R filters and defective product

Hi - for anyone who purchased this product, does anyone have the Night Filter?

The tutorials (LDP-R Mastery and City Mania) show how to make night scenes using this filter but I don't have it only the three others.

Also, the LDP-R combine function creates 2 separate files that I have to manually merge.

I've been trying to resolve these issues since October but getting nowhere. Nonexistent customer service.

Thanks

The night filter is an alternative of the combine function. You have the original combine and then one labeled the same but except called Night. "LD-PR Night Combine" Or something similar. Mine always fully combines the different files into one image.

I'm not sure what the specific issues are you are having. To me it almost sounds like LDP-R isn't installed correctly in your version of Photoshop.

Riggswolfe, how did you get the LDP-R Combine Night? I never had it. In the beginning, the layers combined properly then they didn't. I can't figure out why. I have CS6 on Mac OSX. It should work but doesn't.

It was an update that was installed by DIM.
