Add Some Veins STILL not working on main rig

This is completely bizarre, I've been having issues with Add Some Veins for quite some time now on my main rig.

Symptoms:
1.) Nothing loads nor is visible on M5, V5.
2.) System performance drops, CPU utilization wildly fluctuates between 25 and 85%.
3.) System RAM is unaffected, stays same at 20%.
4.) DAZ Studio becomes unresponsive at 8-10 second intervals.
5.) Above symptoms vanish if Add Some Veins is removed from the figure.

Oddities:
1.) All required content is installed.
2.) Works flawlessly on lower end AMD system.
3.) Works flawlessly on lower end Intel Alienware system.
4.) 3rd complete re-install of DAZ Studio and entire DS4 content library was re-downloaded from scratch with the download manager. Manual install was also attempted. Still fails to work on high end AMD rig.
5.) Same symptoms even with an MSI GTX 560 Ti GPU installed in main rig.

Main rig system (Triela) specifications:
ASUS Crosshair V Formula motherboard
AMD FX 8150 Eight core processor
16GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 RAM
ASUS GTX 780 GPU
Windows 7 Ultimate X64 SP1
DAZ Studio 4.6.1.139 - 64 bit

Old rig (Henrietta) specifications:
ASRock K10N780SLIX3-WIFI
AMD Phenom 9850 Quad Core Proc.
4GB RAM
MSI GTX 260Ti
Windows Vista Ultimate X64 SP2
DAZ Studio 4.6.1.139 - 64 bit

Old rig 2 (Alienware M17x R3) (Rico) specifications:
Alienware A02 motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 proc
4GB DDR3 1066 RAM
nVidia GTX 260m
Windows 7 Home Premium X64 SP1
DAZ Studio 4.6.1.139 - 64 bit

Anyone out there have any ideas? I'd LOVE to use Add Some Veins, but its a royal pain in the backside to create a scene just to use one product on a lower end machine.

Hi there, sorry to hear of the problems you are having. Honestly there is nothing in Add Some Veins that should be choking your system. This is very strange and is probably related to some graphic driver incompatibility with DAZ LIE Editor as Add Some Veins is simply a collection of PNG images that work within DAZ Studio's Layered Image Editor. You can find the images in your texture folder under SimonWM. There are duf files that tell LIE to overlay these images on top of your 3D model UV textures on the bump map surface slot to create the illusion of veins. If your computer can see PNG images fine then the culprit is not the product.

Try to use other LIE (Layered Image Editor) sets in this computer if you own any others and see if you get the same results. Also make sure you have the latest DAZ Studio installed. I know I remember at one point DAZ worked on some LIE bugs that were solved in the latest versions.
