'Bake' the result of collision/smoothing as a morph?

Greetings,
Is there any way to take the result of smoothing and collision and save that out as a morph, so DS doesn't have to keep calculating collision and smoothing every time I tweak some totally unrelated body part?
It seems like this would be a really useful feature. Attach a piece of clothing, shape it how you want, let smoothing conform it to he body, then snapshot that result as a morph...
Any hints on how to do this? Hopefully I'm just being dense and there's an obvious menu sequence to do just this...

Yes it work. but you need to set option Interactive up-date on.
when export obj (eg to hexagon,) if I check it off,
ds seems to ingore smoothing I think.
So that, I usually when export obj from ds, must check it on.
(but when tweaking poze,, you know we hope check it off)
then re-import smoothed obj to zero smooth (Enable smoothing off)
it can be morph to smooth current clothing.
(but as you know, smooth modifier can work with different pozing and shapes,
when make morph it may best fit to the current pozing clothing to smooth,
and usually work well for other poze too, but not work as same as smooth modifier)
At least the way work for me ^^;
