Look At My Hair render problem

hello there, i downloaded from Daz3d the free version of LAMH to try it, it looked so amazing i couldn't believe my eyes.
whatever am doing i like but when i hit the render button it just freezes. ( Not Responding )
i don't get why.
i installed it using the DIM.
my laptop specs is :
windows 8.1--- 64
32 GB RAM
2x nVidia 680 GTX
intel i7 CPU @2.70GHz factory overclocked @ 3.20GHz

so i don't know whats the problem ! :(

    Looks like it's a software and not a hardware problem.
    Can you check the log and paste here what is says?
    Help=>Troubleshooting=>View Log File
    What renderer are you using?

    (love your specs by the way!)

    Hi, if you like you may email your DS and LAMH log files at: devel_AT_look-at-my-hair.com (replace _AT_ with @), so that we can take a look at what's going on.

    Prior to that, please try to reset your Render Settings and try again.
