Small Print for Route 66?

I have a Question regarding the Route 66-offer.
The "Bonus Savings" Kategories come with markers for "check out the small print" (namely asterics and a small cross).
However, there is no information as to what those stand for.

Maybe it's just my browser which has the problem, but I'd like to know the full conditions for this sale.

    It's right at the bottom of the promo page rather than just the bottom of the latest promo offer... simply that the offer excludes new releases.
