A good way to export an animated Genesis 1 figure into Cinema 4D?

HELP!

What is the best way to export a fully textured and animated Genesis 1-figure into "Cinema 4D" ?

I already used the OBJ-export and via "Rapture Pro" I was able to import the Genesis1 figure correctly.

Anyway, no animation (aniMate2 in this case) has been exported.

Anyone has a solution? *drooling on keyboard*

Before you export from Daz Studio remember to right-click in the gray area of the timeline and choose "Bake To Studio Keyframes".
This is critical. Then export as FBX. Check for Animations and "Merge Clothing Into Figure Skeleton".

Open from Cinema, in the second dialog don't check frame rate if you use a version earlier then R15.

    @vintorix: Thank you!

The FBX-export makes C4D crash and so the Maya 2014 trial.

I baked the animation and merged the clothing. :/

    What is going on? :(

    1) What version of Cinema 4D do you have?
    2) Exactly when does it crach?
    3) What kind of animation is it?

I just retested with my Cinema 4D R15.37 and everything went fine.

    1) R15.057
    2) It crashes when I try to import the scene.
    3) aniMate 2-aniblock baked into the timeline

I attach screenshots of the export options from DAZ and the import options from C4D.

I enclose a screen shot of my settings, exporting two aniblocks start & forward with the figure genesis.
If you can't get it to work it must be a hardware issue!

@vintorix: You're my hero! Now it works!

Probably I had one option selected which C4D hated.

    THANK YOU!
