Purchased this some 5 days ago and spent hours on it, when it doesn't crash and close my 4.6 down, does it really do what it claims, I don't think so. Refund request is definitely on the cards

    Merged duplicate threads - if you wanted to dealt with the missing product name you could have edited your first post. However it would be better to post in the thread on the product so that people can help you - this is not a common experience as far as I can tell.
