Victoria 4 +++ Morphs, Do I have them?

I have content that requires V4 +++ Morphs.

The thing is, I don't have them and can't directly find reference to them in the shop.

Are they an add on pack or do they come with one of the Victoria 4's? What am I missing here? lol

They're an add-on pack.

If you'd rather get a bundle, you can get them as part of the Victoria 4.2 Starter Bundle or the Victoria 4.2 Pro Bundle

You may already have them if you bought some bundles, but you should be easily able to check that in the products you got via the "My Account" page.
