Missing files for M6 and Dan mega pack

I just purchase Micheal 6 and the Dan megapack and both of them put up a message that there are missing items, and the figures download as these huge blocks! How do I get the material that is needed that I've already purchased?

    Have you downloaded the Genesis 2 Male and Female Starter Essentials? They are in your Product Library and are needed for these.
