Working with Daz3D and Poser
How do I go about setting up a character (morphs, clothing, etc) in DazStudio and then saving and importing it into Poser? Specifically with Genesis? I can't seem to find an export to pz3 in Studio and I can't find an Import from .DUF in Poser.. yet I see posts from all sorts of people saying they save it as duf and then import it into Poser.
do they save it to a particular folder? Is there a particular site?
Also, is there a way to save a character into the Smart Content folder? For example.. I modify my genesis model to look the way I want it, with skin that I want and the definition I want. Now I want to save it as a figure and a material that I can load into daz, but I can't figure out how to easily save it into the content folders. This is short of browsing through a half dozen content trees. For example, in poser when I am viewing a content folder there is a button to save the currently selected whatever into the folder.

Ok, nevermind the second. Naturally I spot the way to save into a folder about 2 minutes after I posted my question.

Hi Boojum
Did you get an answer for your first question?.... I do know you need http://www.daz3d.com/dson-importer-for-poser so get it if you don't have it... I think it is still free. You could let DIM install it and all your Poser CF files.... then open them in Poser where your CF runtime is and load and cloth your character all in Poser. If you do want to build your character in DAZ first and transfer it to Poser manually... you can look at http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dson_importer/poser/userguide/dson_content_conversion/tutorials/creating_dson_companion_files/start . As for me I just mostly use Genesis in DAZ Studio but sometimes in Poser.
