anyone know how to use animate 2?

I just purchased it but it does not appear to come with any kind of tutorial or guide on how to use it. I have done some searches and all the tutorials I have come across on utube and places all seem to be for advanced things and there is nothing on the basics. I have no clue how to use this thing and am completely in the dark.

I am using it on Daz4 by the way.

Thx but I'm still lost. The tutorial is vastly outdated and at the beginning where it talks about opening it up via view and tabs it won't even let me do this as there is no view and tabs selection on Daz4 even.

I noticed when I opened it up originally shortly after activating it then main bar thing was at the bottom but as I restarted it since its not there and I have no idea how to get it back. I assume this is the main bit needed to get all the work done. Can anyone tell me how to get the main animation bar thing at the bottom? anyway this is the screenshot I have right now.

Window>Panes (Tabs)>Animate2. And then DOCK it to the bottom of your screen by dragging it. The Plugin predates the new DAZ 4+ but all the HOW to about just AniMate2 is there. Mine...
