Another search term "head" ... for toilets on u-boats ;-)
A friend bought a house and had it renovated before he moved in. When I visited, I immediately checked out the main bathroom and noticed that the toilet paper was not on a stand, roller or anything, but placed on the counter. Apparently two huskies in the house during the day and a roll of toilet paper is too much temptation. He did admit he was looking for a stand-alone toilet paper holder, that had additional shelves and stuff.
Back of toilets need room for facial tissue (Kleenix, Puffs...), and some place for the cell phone from the back pocket to be laid during business. And storage near the toilet for ladies' stuff. Just saying.
I consider T-paper as "cheap dog/cat toys" ... esp. for some breeds as they really do "need" to sink their teeth into something. And for some reason the aspect of it being a "treasure" they really aren't supposed to be playing with adds to the excitement. Beats their alternatives of "shoes, socks, etc." which can be rather expensive if/when a vet trip is required 'cause they can be rather stupid about what to actually consume. So many people think stuff toys are good dog toys, they are not. They are not digestible. Read of one dobie that had consumed at least 12 of them before his owner noticed anything wrong with his dog. That's a 4 figure vet trip. Huskies are known to consume sofas. Solution is simple, no sofas ;-) Prioritizing.
...given the haording that occurred earlier this year, sacrificing a shoe or sock (or maybe even the television remote) may have been preferable to such a valuable commodity as TP.

In the thumbnail, the roll of TP and its dispenser looks rather like a small revolver! I thought, "Mercy, this concern over "seats" has certainly taken a dark turn!"

I purchased https://www.daz3d.com/designer-studio-office the other day where it was in the PFAD category. I noticed that it has a toilet as a separate prop, just checked, it has both seat, lid, hinges and everything but it doesn't seem to be rigged. I checked the geometry though and lid, seat, hinges and everything seem to have separate geometry (parts can be selected separately using "Select Connected") so it should be fairly easy to rig. I've assigned surfaces to the different parts here.
A good thought but unfortunately not. It is not rigged in any way i.e. the lid doesn't lift.
Here's an interesting one. https://www.daz3d.com/skylight-bath On the plus side, there IS a seat and a raised lid... though the edges of that hollow shell look like they'd be mighty uncomfortable to sit against... and while there is, once again, no toilet paper dispenser, it seems as though that might actually be a manual bidet hose next to it. Is there anyone who's bought it yet who can confirm? I don't think I've ever seen an all-wet area bathroom this elaborate before... and I'm pretty sure the PA never has either because...
The thing that really catches my attention is that while there's a drain right in the middle of the floor, it seems that all that that tile plus water and the complete lack of any kind of handrail anywhere is a pretty horrible accident waiting to happen. Heck, just getting in and out of that sunken tub looks dangerous as hell. The sad thing is, I really like the look of the room overall, so I'm already thinking about how to kitbash in some safety rails and anti-slip flooring strips. It's not like I don't already have to put in handrails for stairs constantly anyway, since so many DAZ PAs seem to leave those out as well.

You did amazing work on this set,the codo immediately went into my wishlist and I bought it as soon as I had the funds. I do wish that there was a TP holder/towel racks included but I've managed to use a towel set from another product and I'm still looking for a TP holder for the wall. I do love that the tub has optional doors that are hidden, thank you for that!
Don't recall if this product has been mentioned yet or not - but it has rigged lid and seat, as well as water PLUS the widest T-p I've ever seen {looks more like paper towels if anybody's looking for those}.

I have that one and it's an outstanding set. Unfortunately as it's a standalone pair of communal bathroom/showers that's part of that vendor's summer camp set, it's a fairly limited use product, but I give the PA big bonus points for 1.) using the commercial over/under multiple roll dispensers with key locks that you often see in public facilities, 2.) having everything that would move in reality be poseable via dials, even the toggles on the urinals, the shower heads, the paper coming off the toilet rolls, and the water valves on the bottom of the toilets, and finally, 3) taking the time to make the two sides have different layouts that make sense ergonomically, including giving the girls an extra sink so that there's one per sitter.
The water valves on the bottom of the toilets! That one is so kool. Had a cat years ago that used to brush up against it like cats do ... managed to shut off the water to the toilet. It made THE most loud and horrendous noise possible when the toilet was flushed!

Fun toilet fact that I recently reminded of while watching a special on the dangers of Victorian living on the "Absolute History" channel on YouTube. Contrary to popular myth, Thomas Crapper did not invent the flush toilet. What he did do was make a number of basic improvements that are still in use today, the most important of which was the creation of a system that kept gases from the sewer from coming back up the pipes. Prior to that, one of the bigggest dangers of Victorian life was methane and hydrogen sulfide generated by raw sewage pouring back up into a house, something that happened regulary prior to TC, causing an explosion or suffocating the occupants!
This one (New) seems to have a correctly functioning (well at least the seat and lid) toilet (don't own it so I can't say for sure, but it definitely looks like it).
