eye "mask" fixings

in one of my characters i created geometry that needs to go around the eyes (first image)

however when i use the transfer utility and set to hair the second image happens

as the eye bits are not really suppose to deform i thought i could just parent them but i don't know how to auto parent them to the head when loaded.
