InjectPMD? how to use? (teeth essentials) What to do today?

On Renderosity is something called Teeth Essentials - excellent teeth shapes. Apparently requires a plugin for ?binary morphs? which Daz apparently used to do, but no more. In searching forums, too much useless information where it doesn't work anymore or requires tricks?

Someone who knows ->
1. how do you use it in Daz 4.6?
2. (bottom line - I want Exnem's Teeth Essentials morphs) - if I cannot use InjectPMD - what can I do? [I have Poser 9 & 10, which bombs on startup - maybe need to update, but still].

Any help?
