DAZ 4.6 to 3dXChange
In the past I was able to send Genesis character over to 3dXchange with no problem, since I've started using DAZ 4.6, I have not been successful at importing Genesis or Genesis 2 characters into 3dXchange. The clothes, shoes, or hair are missed a lined on the Genesis Character and when importing Genesis 2 characters in 3dXchange it will some times crash.
When I have been successful uploaded a Genesis 2 Character, I have the same problem with, the clothes, shoes, hair are missed a lined. I have spent a week with no success. I have had both products for a while but just recently, been able to spend time using them both.
In addition the textures are sometimes washed out when imported into 3dXchange.
Any advice or assistance you can give me will be appreciated.

have you fitted the clothes?
parenting does not export in local space either
save parented items as seperate exports to add as assessories
also select all surfaces and turn down any specular, highlight and ambient parameters, some shaders have several
esp shadermixer onces with SSS
I lose the lot loading a saved "iClone ready" the Daz default one with those values already turned down making it into a simple texture mapped or coloured shader with nothing likely to cause issues.
remove any displacement maps, they are not supported and bloat the file.
Bump is often best skipped too, it can crash 3Dx5, you can add the maps in the iClone 64bit beta manually later.
do not bother in the 32bit!
