    Perhaps Surveymonkey or Polldaddy might work. (sorry maybe I misunderstood the question!)

    Ideas:

    1. What other softwares do you use with your Carrara workflow?
    2. Do you like Genesis in Carrara? Or use Poser only figures?
    3. What features of Carrara would be good for more tutorials?
    4. What OS do you use for Carrara Mac or PC?

    I think that a simple answer to a simple matter would be interesting: Why do you use Carrara?
    1 - Animation
    2- The still images

    Then another poll for each category would come:
    Why use Carrara rather than another program?

    And there, there are several options of answers…
