Does anyone know if there's any muscle morphs for Kids 4 available anywhere? I want to create a child character who has a little bit of definition and/or tone.
If there isn't, you think it might be possible to request for it? I'd even pay for it if I had to. :)

No. Genesis does have the muscularity morphs and can morph into a child so you could try that.
Given that Gen is now two generations old (Genesis and Genesis 2F/M), I doubt DAZ would.
I would check sharecg. i think the was a freebie that you could pull in the morphs for m4/v4 like the muscle morphs; though you may have mesh issues when you bend the result.
Hmn, I don't know where to look exactly. I looked for them but I couldn't find anything. :/

Look for araneldon's gallery...(don't have the link right now, but do remember the name)
I did this with Generation X. It's the default Child shape for Genesis with M4's Olympian muscle morph.
Hopefully, it is not bad form to mention my own product, but Morphlet has muscle morphs. :)

Ah! You just beat me to it!
Your Morphlets are GREAT! I bought them quite a while ago now, and use them regularly. They allowed me to 'grow' the kids into very passable teens, and I still use them even in scenes alongside the genesis 'teens'
Render comprises 3 Kids 4 middle one has more 'muscle' dialed but I didn't want these to be too 'old'
Morphlets, ... One of my best buys.
And you have no reason to hide these behind a bushel!
