I was wondering if anyone can point me to a site where I can get some models, props, clothing?
Some of the people I want to recreate are people from Madoka Magica, Tekken, Street Fighter, Dead or Alive, Metroid, FFIX, FFX, and FFXIII.

You'll be unlikely to buy anything that exactly matches something from any show, because of copyright issues.

Your best bet is kit bashing. You may end up having to pick up several different outfits to obtain the closest to what you are aiming for. After that comes redoing the textures of the various pieces so they all match.
Most of what you are looking for is copyrighted and/or trademarked by the various game companies. Some look the other way when it comes to fan art, others do not. None that I'm aware of would allow a vendor to blatantly create and sell an outfit that blatantly infringes. At least not without giving the copyright/trademark holder their cut.
I had a related question to the OP's post - is there anyone out there making Final Fantasy style props or clothing? You know, that Japanese RPG magic-tech mixture stuff. It doesn't have to be copies of FF material, just stuff that has the same look/feel.

The problem with making game/movie specific styled items like this is the copyright issue, so considering the amount of work involved and legality issues, most poser/DAZ developers don't go near it..
