Actor Sam Beune had been cast for a leading role in a new post apocalyptic series. He was promised that he should not die in the first season, but when he got the final script for the season finale, he was about to die, again, which made him very upset.
Poor Sam! At least he got through the whole season. Great render.

Huh? what are you talking about? I'm an old man, indulge me. I understand that I am to use randomly selected items from my inventory but not sure how I am to accomplish this feat. Also, lots of good info about lucky bstards but not how to aquire them.
Welcome to the fun!
In any way you feel comfortanble way, make a list of your content (the simplest way is to select all in DIM and export as a cvs file, then open that in any spread sheet program or a text editor to count the number of entries so you know the random limits.
Use then random llnks to generate 4 random numbers, there are your items. First post includes rules for repulls etc, and it allowed to for example remove all items below for example Genesis and Poser tiems and shaders not usable with your render method bedfore pulling.
Lucky Bastards is a "handicap" system, where those playing well and win prizes gets to pull extra items to make it more difficult (invented by Barbult once upon a time)

A month or two back I accidentally deleted my RRRR list, along with lots of other stuff*, and I've been too lazy busy apathetic to redo it. However, the title "But you promised never, ever to enter an RRRR contest again !" just came to mind, and I feel an urge surging...
...but will I have the pathy** to get off my @Я$3 and create a new RRRR list ?
Edit (8.41UTC Sunday 2 Feb): List (1097 items) created from 28 pages of product library for this account. However, the random number generator keeps deliberately throwing me numbers for items that I haven't even downloaded (and don't intend/desire to) because I only picked them up as freebies because I thought "why not"...
*note to self: when backing up because you think your craptop's about to give up the ghost, don't try to be clever and delete stuff you know you don't need before doing the backup !

Simplest was for DS stuff is using DIM (I never got an RRRR button in DIM even though I did ask for it, lol), but got the closest to it, CSV export
A say one day I will finish my RRRR DS script but it would require that all installed things have metadata, even freebees or 3rd party stuff,
Select all installed products that fit your RRRR need, then rightclick and select the Export option...
