Bryce to Daz transfers?

I see so many freebie made for Bryce that I'd love to use in Daz, but don't know how to convert them for my purposes. I know Daz can now export to cr2 files and such now, but can Daz load a Bryce item for that conversion?

Or do I need Bryce to do that?

You will find more posts about Bryce in its own forum. For example:
Tried to use “Send to DAZ studio” http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/35750/

But I don't have or even want Bryce, so how much of that will help me open a Bryce item in Daz?

It very much depends on what format the items are. If they are OBP format then you can only open them in Bryce.

Ahh ... What about .brx and .br5?

.br5 ................ Those are Bryce scene files, so again can only be opened in Bryce. Made in Bryce 5 but can be opened in Bryce 6 or 7 as well.

.brx .........................I am not even sure what that one is.
