DIM not letting me connect to DAZ

The site went down for half an hour to an hour just several hours ago, and then my DIM died. When I try to login, it spins for awhile and It keeps saying"Unable to log in to specified account. Verify the email/password and try again."

How does that get fixed? There's nothing wrong with my password.

    The same happens to me - no problems when logging in at the DAZ site but DIM cannot log in.

    This has been Reported. DIM is off line due to the DAZ 3D site going down earlier tonight.

    Thanks. Should have a message/sticky posted at the top so people don't waste 30 minutes like I did retrying to login, shutdown and reboot, etc. This is no small thing, many people are trying to use DIM at any given moment.

    It was just noticed and A sticky is harder to remove than you think so Folks might think its still down even after it gets fixed.

    All your Content is still in your My Account>My Products for Manual DL if you must have it Before DIM is re-set.

    Sticky messages do not always work very well, Many people simply ignore the Stickies at the top of the forum. (Except when they grumble when there are too many of them)

    LOL, can understand that!

    Don't need any particular product, it's the end of the billing cycle for my internet, and I'm trying to download a LOT of products to my external hard drive to use up my data that I've paid for, so manual is not an option. :)

    The time now in Utah is 5:15 am, so DAZ 3D don't start work for nearly another 4 hours.

    Came here looking for the same thing...and did not see the sticky before finding this thread...

    A better error message or site-wide announcement would have been much better...

    If theer was someone around to make a site-wide announcement there'd probably be someone around to deal with the problem.
