Can someone please tell me what hair is used in the product picture for "Anarchy for Riot" I think it is Cara hair, but if not I would like to buy it. For some reason my "Cara hair" is not showing the morphs, and I have to find them in the hidden properties.

If I had to guess given the vendor, I'd suggest checking out hairs by out of touch either here at DAZ or over at Rendo.

It appears to be Rubina Hair by OOT at Rendo.

Please don't post to bump threads - people will reply or they won't, if you bump your posts may be removed.

Wow, I been a member for about a year, I have had nothing but bad experiences with Daz Studio, concerning help with with common issues. I had to research a lot of solutions on my own mostly through youtube and other sources. So, yeah for me to rant a bit, or "bump" - I am sorry but at least I got responses. Thank you to those that responded. I think it is absurd that you write out a warning to delete my thread. I spend quite a bit of money each month on products here, and this question was concerning something I was interested in buying. But it is exactly people like you that make my buying experience very sour. You really should be ashamed. This was the first time I did this, and I don't post often because of the lack of help. It is pathetic how good customers are treated here. - Go ahead and delete my post if you want to.. I copied the entire post. I plan on using this on my review.

The warning was that bump posts would be removed, not that the thread would be removed. We do routinely remove bump posts. It does state this in the DAZ 3D ToS.

Please do remember that the forums are here for the use of forum members, and thus any responses that you get will be from other forum members, who may not be in the same time zone as you, rather than from DAZ 3D staff members.

Also worth mentioning the best place to get help with questions are sometimes the app specific forums or the new user forums. If you find you are having trouble getting replies, it could be due to the fact The Commons tends to be more busy as it is a more general forum and so threads here are on various topics rather then specified ones and so threads tend to move off the first page and fall back quickly. (Which is also why we don't allow bumping threads here since it is a fast moving forum and all the bumping makes things get lost even faster :() Sorry for any inconvenience but it is meant to give all customers and threads an even shot at being viewed and also let the community members decide what threads should be in the forefront in The Commons since there are lots of threads and only so many fit per page :(.

On topic, the best way to find out would probably be to contact the vendor here via PM and ask them directly. I am not positive which hair it is though I would agree it does somewhat look like OutofTouch hair..but it may be over at Rendo as I don't recall seeing it here but to be certain I would see if you can PM the vendor and ask what they used :)

It may be this one: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/yasmin-hair-oot-hairblending/101618# Not positive..though it does have a similar look to Cara Hair and seems to have a "Hair Longer" Morph and is Made for Genesis 2 which was being promo'd in the Anarchy promos so it seems possible since Cara Hair is for Gen 4 that I can see and so doesn't have Genesis morphs at all (though sometimes people do fit the stuff by hand.....)

Ok thank you for the feedback. Yes I found the hair at renderosity. My membership is up in next month, I really like Daz products, and the ease of use. The interface is very easy to use and with the DIM it makes it very user friendly. My issues have always been with the lack of support. It is near impossible to contact DazStudio directly. Every thing is done through support tickets and that is very cumbersome and makes for a horrible experience. So, the next step taking it to the forums and that is always a challenge. You need to be very specific in the description of your issue. In my experience it can be very frustrating going back and forth to resolve a simple issue. Being disabled and having maybe more time than the average user. I could see where the frustration, would make it easy for someone not to enjoy their buying experience and continuing with the DazStudio. I may reduce my membership to monthly or none at all. The overall feeling I get is that Dazstudio could care less about it's customers.

DAZ 3D care very much about their customers. However you must remember that DAZ 3D is not a large company, and at times Customer Support can get overwhelmed with help requests.

The forums are usually a good place to get help. and the New Users Forum is there for all sorts of questions, and is frequented by some very helpful people. Most of them use DAZ Studio, but others do use other programs as well as, or instead of, DAZ Studio. Plus, as DAZ_Ann has said, the program specific forums are sometimes a good place to start, so if you have a problem with using DAZ Studio, then the DAZ Studio discussion Forum could be a better place to ask than the Commons. It is a very rare occasion when you do not get someone who will try to assist you.

I am not necessarily big on the support ticket thing either (I tend to be one that prefers to call and speak to someone since sometimes its easier to explain an issue vocally than it is in text. That said they went to the tickets so they could better keep track of what was said, what worked and what didn't for someone etc. Given the nature of both software and the content here and the variation of apps people can be using, versions of those apps, products they have, and also the variation of computers and graphics cards etc it often takes more than one attempt to troubleshoot an issue so to avoid people getting told the same thing to try over and over by different people and to be sure all the info is there at someone's finger tips if they need it again...I think they chose to go to the ticket system instead. Its an easier way to track what the person has all ready done or tried, who spoke with them last, and similar things.

On topic, not sure if you have or haven't seen it but there is a fair bit of information about DS etc on the Wiki as well here: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/userguide/start

And this is the link for all the software (or rather where you can get to info on all of it: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/start

And this is where you can get the available info on products here: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/start

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience, DAZ3D does very much care about it's customers and it isn't our intention to cause anyone any frustration. If you ever have any issues getting help when you have a questions again, please feel free to contact me via PM here on the forums. We have a group of Community Volunteers here to help members with issues etc so if you let me know, I can point those that are the DS Experts of the group to your thread/question. :)
