RawArt Snow Beast Problem ?

I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem rendering The Snow Beast from Raw Art. I have tried several times to render it and it locks up my machine. It get to rendering then ..nothing it causes a fault . Also the finger nails and the toenails are 2 different colors. I know I could fix them my changing the base color but why should I after paying $$ for it .
