I know the hairs in the last one Dryad for V4 The pigtails is Lada Hair by Nursoda over at Renderosity. Also at Renderosity is the second hair from an old V3 bundle called Black and White, it's no longer available but the vendor is still there and if you contact them you might be able to get it. Artist is called Samildanache. Looks like the B&W hair is also using the texture pack I bought for it, called CB BW Hair Magic by Christel. I don't know if Christel is still there, the store is empty but the freebies are still there, you could try to contact and see if you can still get it. For a closer look at that hair and two of the textures used you can check my images at Deviant Art and see if you like it...

Looks to me like the one on Primrose is the suspiciously named PrimRose hair by SWAM & Goldtassel over at Rendo
Twinkel promos seem to use Mairy / plus3d's Dione Hair and Addition Hair Styles by Neftis3D.
