I think I remember seeing a Naga somewhere, as for the second, I don't know of anything with dripping body parts. The third could probably be obtained with careful manipulation of the gummy shaders and opacity maps.
Either this, or this, should be a good basis for a Naga.
There we have it!
Thank you for those :D
Now all I need is a jelly.
Also what about the half human half spider monster, I know they exist in the shop but I cannot for the life of me find them D:
This is the one I use for my Driders http://www.daz3d.com/creatura-the-black-widow-for-v4
Here is Lolth from my current project...
Been hoping for a half-arachnid set for the Genesis line, but nobody's made one for the Daz shop, so far. As with non-feathery Genesis wings, it's perpetually on my watch list and will be leapt at, money in hand, if/when it arises. :)
Edit I have a Genesis NONE feathered set some place not the Stegy set either. But the textures leave much to be desired. Bat like but need some much better textures GeoGraphs too. I'll hunt the item.
EDIT: Popobawa for Genesis The wings can be used alone on G1 but need good textures as I said.
Popobawa's what I've been using, yeah. :) The textures can sometimes give a weird cartoonish contrast against the more realistic skins, though. You have to be careful with effective lighting placement.
I've been hand editing the textures from other sets to them. But its lots of work and not share able as I've used other bought content.
No one here knows how to make a jelly/slime person :S
Sixus1 had such a creature, called "SpiderKin / Dark Elf Rogue for V4" on her website. One for M4 too. Just put that into Google and you'll find it.
There are shaders which could be applied to a human figure, but to create the 'dripping slime' effects, you'd need geo-grafting morphs or special effects. to the best of my knowledge, nobody's yet made those. Would suspect it's to do with how you'd need each individual one to be morphable, so that you can alter the angle to make it appear like it's conforming to gravity.
Unless you don't mind the figure having an ambiguous gender:

I would, on the other hand, really love someone to create an effect for Genesis (1 or 2), which would let it appear as if it's been cocooned. I'm making an 'Alien'-themed motion-comic fan-film in Daz Studio and something like that would come in really useful.

At the moment, I'm having to try combining various elements from existing assets, but the end results aren't as authentic-looking as I'd like and a lot shall have to be hidden with shadows and light.
No clue on the Jelly/Slime person as mentioned it would not be easy. But using the SSS Goop shaders and the Rigged Water water props
Goop & Water you should be able to kitbash something that will work for renders.
EDIT: For the Alien Cocoons try the Free Dynamic sheet Blanket and other different sized items as the cocoon.(Check the Opitex Site for the freebes.) Just rotate your set so the walls in the down position in DS (subdivide the set if needed for collisions) add a Shader to each item and then Drape. Once draped do FREEZE and Export as a Group object file to be used again without needing to do all the Dynamic stuff.
Might work... If I can get something suitable, I may try that. Thanks for the idea.
Never played with drap-able stuff before. It'll be a learning experience if I can do that.
This is the results of literally 10 minutes of playing around in Blender to make a 'dress' and then some playing with shaders in DS...maybe if I spent a bit more than 10 mins on the 'dress' I could get it closer...that's Hitomi, BTW.
(and no it would be at least 2 weeks before I could do a serious attempt on a better 'dress')
The shader is UberSurface, with Diffuse strength turned down to 8%, Translucency at 92% and Opacity Strength at 50% on everything except the mouth parts and some of the eye parts, which were set to 0%.
Here's another one...after playing around with the shader settings some more...
That's pretty good, tip the bottom of the Dress is most of a jelly fish. Got that and the PGE and your set to go.
