Timeline is being 'too smart' [solved]

Greetings,
I'm trying to do a trivial turntable animation. Start from zero, turn to 360 degrees and end, so that I can loop it so it looks like a constant spin.

What happens instead is that it 'eases' into the motion (slowly speeding up), spins for a bit and then slows down (easing again). This means that every rotation has a 'stop' in the middle. How do I turn this behavior off? It's not like there are any configuration options that I can find, and a healthy amount of googling has not revealed any results.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Only way I've beaten the Tweening (ease in ease out) is to over extend the Timeline and the rotation and then just render out the Frames that are at speed. I was just telling another user about the rotation errors a day ago.

EDIT: You can try the Multi Key frame approach, rotate some Key, rotate same amount key ect ect that smooths things sometimes.

    Greetings,
Aha! Your comments gave me some additional search terms, and after a few hops, I ended up here: https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts/setinterpolation-for-ds2-3

There's a script, SetInterp3.0.dsa, which allows you to set the hidden interpolation mode on an object over its keyframes. I set it to 'Linear' and it appears to work...

I use KeyMate and GraphMate for that very reason. I was not going to suggest you Spend money when it can be beat without them. I so needed that Script long ago. Nice find.

it is not an 'error' of the Timeline.
As far as I know it is the default setting.
This setting ensures a Curve-based animation, where TCB stands for Tension, Continuity & Bias.
If you happen to have GraphMate it's easy to change. (e.g. if you do an animation with Jack Tomalin's Carnival Caroussel)
