Offline Product List/Requirements for DS3 & DS4

I've been trying to find something that I can go through offline which will tell me which products are for what model. I've tried "Poser Files DB" but it won't work on Windows 7. I'm not even sure if that's what I'm looking for.

What I'd really like is to make a simple application {using Visual Basic} which would use such a list then load a folder of downloaded content and show which model each item is for {presuming that many items don't say that they're for "V4", "Genesis", etc... without looking at the documentation or going online}.

I understand that it would be near impossible to have 'everything' listed, especially with all the freebies here and there around the net. But I'm hoping someone, somewhere has put a list like this together that can be downloaded. Excel or Text file doesn't matter to me, I can get VB to use either one easily. Heck, even XML if that's all there is {not fond of it but I can manage}.

Hopefully I made myself clear enough. If not then please ask.
