    Is that in Poser?

    Yes, in Poser.

The most frequent cause is having two \Runtime\LIbraries\!DAZ\Victoria 4 folders, so that the load process gets confused (in this case you have the morph, but not the links to the eye position and scaling).

Thanks for your reply, Richard Haseltine. I just have a directory to load the characters, which is on an external hard drive. If the problem is what you say, you should also happen with V4 and A4, and those characters are loaded correctly.

Do you ave more than one Runtime, and if you're using Win7/8/Vista, is it under Program Files?

I have a Runtime on the root disk with the program Poser. I don´t have items or morphs on the root disk. And I have another Runtime on the external hard drive with all products. But I insist, I have no problem with V4 or A4. Yes, Win7 and the program Poser under Program Files.

The issue isn't having more than one runtime it is having the special !DAZ folder in more than one runtime.

I think my Poser setup is correct, since V4, A4 and M4 load correctly. I only have that problem with The Girl 4, so I think the logical conclusion is to think that there is some design fault in the DAZ files supplied.
Thank you all for your answers and try to help without success.

Not necessarily, especially if Girl 4 was installed after the others. Was everything installed fresh on this OS, or did you copy over the content folders from another computer. I have seen this problem many times and it has always been either multiple Runtime folders containing the "Runtime:Libraries:!DAZ" folder or content installed in the Program Files hierarchy on Win7/8/Vista.

Ok, but I can assure you that I have ONLY a !DAZ folder, which is in my Runtime on my external hard drive.

Sorry, I misunderstood, so the content is not under Program Files?

The poser program is in Program Files. The content (items) are on an external hard drive, since I have not enough space on my root hard drive.

Did you try re-initializing the figure? Go to the runtime where the actual V4 and it's morph sets are installed. Under library you will see the !DAZ folder. Inside are several .bat or .cmd (if you are using a Mac). One is create ExP for V4. Click on this and let it run. I have found that you need to periodically re-initialize the ExP morphs.

Yes, I re-initialized the figure and the error continues.

To make things easier, I uninstalled Poser and have reinstalled. Then, with empty Libraries, I installed V4.2 base and then I installed The Girl 4 base. Only those 2 characters are in Program Files. Now just use the root disk, and when I load directly The Girl 4, the error continues. If I load V4.2, the program does it correctly, but when I apply the morphs The Girl 4, the error occurs again.

Do not install content to the Program Files folders. You did not need to uninstall and reinstall Poser either.

I've done it to start from zero, so that nothing interferes. Even so the problem continues, and I think it's a failure of the DAZ files.

Now it is no excuse that I have 2 Runtimes!!!

If the problem was with the files than everyone would be having problems with Girl 4. She works fine for me but I have all my generation 4 figures in their own "Generation 4" library folder.

    That's Poser or Daz Studio?

It is Studio, but they work or don't work exactly the same in Poser.

Poser and DAZ Studio are different worlds!

Thank you all for your help. I have reinstalled V4.2 and Girl 4 and the problem has been fixed.
