I can't obtain discount for products in store on sale (SOLVED)

I have fiend forever and zigcam in my shopping cart, but items like 3DU noodles doesn't obtain the 40% discount. What happen?
In other side, some new sthepanie's clothes don't display 30% discount. Please, repare it or say me why it is.

    Noodles may be a fairly new release?

    It says

    * excludes new releases
    for the 40% off to apply.

    Old products in on sale stores don't work for me, none 40 %, none 50% in 13 special products.

    Solved. Now I can obtain discount for my 3DU "michu" :D
